Thank you for your interest in Leadership Coaching! Full-time undergraduate students, TGS students, postdocs, J.D. law students, medical students, and InQbation members are eligible to apply.

We offer both remote and in-person coaching. The setting is determined by the individual coaching pair after matching. If you have any questions, please email the Center for Leadership at lead@northwestern.edu.

Submitting your Leadership Coaching application will automatically create an account for you within the Leadership Portal. You can check the status of your application at any time by simply logging in to the Portal with your NetID and password.
